The Citizens of Glendale are proud to announce the second annual Hometown Christmas Parade taking place on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Historic Downtown Glendale. This parade highlights all the magic and wonder of Christmas in a parade.  Last year’s parade was a huge success with 97 parade entries and over 8,000 people in attendance. The response was overwhelmingly positive!

The Hometown Christmas Parade is an old-fashioned community event for the whole family—to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas and all its glory. We are inviting churches, businesses and other community groups from all over the Valley to join us for this very special parade.

There are many ways to be involved: parade entry (float, singing group, etc.), volunteer, committee member, and Community Champion. Please visit the Parade Entry or Support the Parade section of this web site for more details on how to become involved.

The Hometown Christmas Parade is produced by the non-profit organization Glendale Christmas Parade, which is made up of community members who share a passion for letting the true star of Christmas shine.  If you have any questions, please contact Lisa Fink 602.301.6193 or Julie Peterson at 602-460-4472.
